tom's Story
Whilst he has accolades including the national and regional awards for teaching and leadership and was awarded best newcomer 2017 from the largest property training company in UK, Tom is very humble regarding his achievements. His ultimate goal is to inspire and help others to create the life they want today and not work until retirement. Known as the maverick at work, feeling like a square peg in a round hole, he knew there was more to life than working for someone else, exchanging valuable time for little money. Tom walked out of his ten-year teaching career without a plan and within ten months he had set up his first business, doubling his previous income through property investing. As a result he now lives a much more stress-free life.
After making this transition, Tom evolved into the entrepreneur and public speaker he now is. As a businessman, working for himself, Tom now utilises his natural skills to their fullest potential through his multiple companies. He now spends his time building businesses, mentoring and public speaking, predominantly about property, to create a cash-flow and asset growth for himself and others. Tom now has a property portfolio of over 100 units and a multi-million pound portfolio which continues to grow.

A huge thank you for checking out what we do. I’m on a mission to help raise the standard of accommodation in both the rented and property-sales sector. Alongside this helping others realise their true potential by showing whatever can be done so other people can do it too. I’ve had the privilege to work with amazing people from all walks of life. Knowing I have significance, made an impact and help make positive changes drives me to do what I do. I’ve used property initially to create financial independence but now not only do I enjoy developing property to raise the bar in the rental sector but also empower other people to do it too.
